1. get a you tube account :)
2. unless you open a director account (which is also free but requires your real contact info and some other stuff)the movie shouldn't be longer than 10 minutes and bigger than 100 MB. I used "IM too avi to mpeg converter" software which is a shareware, to reduce its size and to convert it to avi.
3. log in to your account. go to upload videos and upload! and that should be it. it takes a couple of days for your film to appear in the search results though.
